how to use big mod box or Ni200 mod

Do you know how to operate big mod? Many people like big mod box, but they said it's a little complicated, so I concluded below information according to our 30w Ni200 mod X-box, hope it could help.

Basic functions of big mod box:

1) Power-on Reset: when OLED shows “M470A”, battery will be stand by. The default mod is Ni200 mod, unlock.

2) Smoking: pressing button SW1, OLED enters smoking interface, and begin to smoke, the output driving heating wire begins to work. Releasing the button SW1 to exit smoking, battery will enter sleep status if no smoking in 8 seconds.

3) Smoking overtime protection: if one puff takes more than 15s, then smoking is stopped, output will be closed, heating wire stops working, battery enters sleep statue.

4) lock/unlock: press SW2 and SW3 at same time, battery will be locked/unlocked.

*When locked, it’s no use to press SW2/SW3, OLED shows “LOCKED DOUBLE CLICK”, output is locked, cannot set temperature/wattage. Pressing SW1 to smoke.

*When unlocked, OLED shows “UNLOCKED”, can set temperature/wattage, can also smoke.

5) Power on/off: pressing SW1 5 times fast and continuously to power on/off.

*When power on, OLED first shows “M470A”, then “System: ON”, battery stands by.

*When power off, OLED first shows “Goodbye”, then “System: OFF”, battery powers off, press button cannot respond, cannot smoke.

6) Memory function: when power on again, battery can remember the output mode, temperature, and OLED display that set last time.

7) Low-voltage protection: if <3.2v, OLED shows “Low Voltage”, which means battery needs charged. The battery is in self-protection and cannot smoke, in order not to shorten battery life by over-discharged.

8) High-voltage protection: if >5v, OLED shows “High Voltage”, battery is in self-protection.

9) Over-temp protection: If PCB inner temp > 80℃, OLED shows “Over temp”, output is closed, and battery begins self-protection.

10) Ni200 dry burning protection: in Ni200 mode, if OLED shows “No-Liquid”, that means liquid is used out, need to add liquid to continue smoking.

11) Short circuit protection: When short circuit occurs, if press SW1 button, OLED shows “Check Atomizer”, output is stopped, battery is in self-protection.

12) Charging: using micro usb to charge.

* charger specification: DC 5v micro usb port, connecting to computer.

* charging current: 1000±30mA.

* charging status: when charging, OLED shows “charging icon, charging...”, no reflect when pressing button, cannot smoke. If power stops, OLED screen is out, battery stops charging and enters into sleep mode.

* charging saturation voltage: 4.20±0.05v.

* charging full: when full charged, OLED shows “Battery is full”, then enter into sleep mode.

13) OLED screen:

* Main screen: OLED screen shows: “battery power icon, atomizer resistance -.--Ω, current output voltage/temp -.--V (----℃/℉) , set output goal--.-W (---℃/℉)”.

* No atomizer screen: when not connecting with atomizer, OLED shows main screen first, then shows “Without Atomizer” after 2 seconds.

* Smoking screen:

When in Normal mode, OLED shows: “battery power icon, output mode Normal, current PCB temp ---℃(℉), smoking time --.-S”.

When in Ni200 mode, OLED shows: “battery power icon, output mode Ni200, current Ni200 actual temp ----℃(℉), smoking time --.-S”.
